Quentin and Amanda Miller established ImpactGen in early 2015, combining their respective skills in the finance and philanthropic sectors and their shared passion to harness resources to create change. They are committed to applying their experience, skills and networks to help build the impact investing ecosystem in Australia.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Law (Honours) from Monash University and started her career practicing corporate law at Allens. She then moved into the philanthropic sector working with not-for-profit organisations and in philanthropic services.
Amanda is a Board member of Philanthropy Australia, the peak membership body for philanthropic foundations, individuals and not for profits in Australia. She Chairs Kids in Philanthropy, a not for profit that engages children and their families in hands-on volunteering opportunities. Amanda is a committee member of the Impact Investment Forum, an initiative of the Responsible Investment Association of Australasia (RIAA).
Amanda loves supporting entrepreneurs and is proud to be a mentor in the Startmate accelerator program.
