With 30 years in professional horticulture, the last 8 years her business Edible Eden Design has worked with edible and useful plants and now installs bush food gardens for schools and communities.
Trained at Melbourne Zoological Gardens; Burnley Horticultural College and a PDC with Bill Mollison, she learns from her ‘garden laboratory’.
Karen consults, teaches and writes for Organic Gardener and Green Magazines and is releasing a book on tomatoes this year with Penny Woodward, and a book on native edibles for urban environments.
