Beales Road Farm is a local food system in suburban Greensborough that operates under a land share arrangement with the land’s lease holder.
The farm is home to community urban agriculture team ‘The Veggie Empire’.
As well as the extensive growing system the team have created a small propagation nursery where the team grow seedlings for planting out on the farm and for sale at the Alphington Farmers Market.
Food grown on the farm is distributed to local eaters via community connections, internet sales and through our partnership with local café Earthbound Bolton.
