Bridget introduces Grow Cook Share Food Hub, a vision with Bendigo Foodshare to further strengthen Greater Bendigo as a leader in food sustainability. The Hub is co-designed by the community to ensure an inclusive, accessible and inspiring food system, working with local producers, youth and multicultural communities. Georgina shares the story of a cluttered community garden transformed into Smith St Community Farm, a functioning community nursery, CSA, plot holders garden and foraging pathways that all connect to the larger urban park.
