Kate Blaylock

Urban Planner, SGS Economics

Kate is an urban planner with extensive experience in public policy development and assessment, spanning housing policy; climate change adaptation; community infrastructure provision; and transport policy. Many projects involve undertaking a cost benefit analysis (CBA), often as part of a business case process.

Recently, Kate worked with the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) on developing the business case, including CBA, to make the case and seek funding for the initiatives in the Yarra River Action Plan.
