Lauren Rickards is an Associate Professor at the Centre for Urban Research at RMIT University where she co-leads the Climate Change and Resilience research program and leads the Regional Futures Network.
A human geographer, Lauren has a strong personal and professional interest in agriculture. Her research explores farming and food system futures, with a particular focus on climate change, urban-rural relations, and how agriculture is framed in social and political discourse.
