Day’s Walk Farm, as the name implies, is one day’s walk from the Melbourne CBD. Paul began farming the property in February 2015, and now organically grows seasonal vegetables, supplying to various restaurants and retailers within Melbourne.
The 16 acre farm is located on the Maribyrnong River, and also helps grow young farmers through Paul’s organisation called Farmer Incubator, a not-for-profit that helps young people trying to get into agriculture.
