Will has a long history in the permaculture and sustainability arena in Central Victoria. He was initially employed at BKI to compile these skills, knowledge and networks into learning of; organic farming, certification and the evolution of local food hub / alternative food economies.
The Lead Educator role has enabled Will to review the Agriculture Horticulture and Environmental Studies suit of courses incorporating regenerative and agro-ecological principles and practices.
Will is also an active member on the board of the Goulburn Valley Food Co-operative, which promotes independent and alternative discussion on the events, legislation and status of issues that affect our food production and food processing industries.
